Compositions
Mark Kurtz is always in the process of creating a new composition. Mostly by commission, he has written for choruses, chamber ensembles, theaters, churches, and even couples wanting a special piece written as an anniversary gift.
His work has won awards from organizations such as the American Guild of Organists, Westminster Choir College, and the American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers (ASCAP). However, his primary concern is always writing music that audiences will be glad they experienced.
